JAKARTA - Fire and Rescue Service (Gulkarmat) officers again evacuated the second victim who was hit by a building on Jalan Budi Mulia, Pademangan District, North Jakarta.

The second victim was named Nurhadi (62). Previously, Nurhadi was in search because he was buried by collapsed buildings.

Nurhadi was found injured on Wednesday night.

Kasiops Gulkarmat North Jakarta and Kepulauan Seribu Gatot Sulaeman said a total of two residents were victims of the incident.

The two victims were construction workers who worked to renovate the house.

They became victims of collapsed buildings and were successfully evacuated by officers.

Previously, a resident named Adi (55) was successfully evacuated by firefighters in a safe condition.

"The two victims were immediately taken to the Pademangan Hospital for medical treatment," he said.

Gatot explained that the two victims were hit by a building because the owner of the building was carrying out renovations and there was a shift.

"The two people were workers who were renovating a two-story house covering an area of 12 square meters and were hit by a collapsed building," he said.

Finding the condition of the two workers who were buried, local residents immediately reported to the fire department team to ask for assistance in handling.
