Head of the BNPB Disaster Data, Information and Communication Center Abdul Muhari said the incident occurred at around 15.00 WITA and was caused by heavy rain accompanied by strong winds that hit three sub-districts, namely Bajeng, Pallangga, and Bontomannu.
