Request Permission To Build The Highest Building In SCBD, Pramono: Must Be A Good Building!

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung asked for permission from the Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Purbaya Yudhi Sadive to build the highest building in the Lot 1 SCBD area.

The building to be built in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta is owned by the Ministry of Finance. Later, the building in the elite business center area will become the head office of Bank Jakarta.

This was conveyed by Pramono to Purbaya during a meeting at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Medan Merdeka Selatan Street, Central Jakarta.

"Regarding the Bank Jakarta building in SCBD, we ask for the approval of the Ministry of Finance, the Minister, to be approved and we will immediately build it at SCBD for the Bank Jakarta center, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance," said Pramono, Tuesday, September 7.

Pramono guarantees that the design of the building is quite good, exceeding Purbaya's expectations so that land loans for the construction of the Bank Jakarta building can be allowed.

"I have a better taste than the Minister of Finance. So, the building must be better," said Pramono jokingly.

Responding to this, Purbaya admitted that he would lend the Ministry of Finance's Lot 1 SCBD land to the Bank Jakarta building for 50 years. Purbaya asked 30 percent of the building's use.

"I give you 50 years of agreement. The Central Government gets 30 percent of the building. The condition is that I say to the Governor, the building is good, don't be shy, let me go there and calm down," explained Purbaya.
