West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi announced the opening of a public complaint service post at Gedung Sate, Bandung, starting Monday, October 6. The post will be focused on three main sectors, namely health, education, and law.
"Tomorrow it starts to open. Monday to Friday, from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon. The focus is only on those three problems," said Dedi after attending the TNI's 80th Anniversary ceremony at Makodam III/Siliwangi, Bandung, Antara, Sunday, October 5.
The complaint service post will operate every working day, from 07.00 to 16.00 WIB. Dedi emphasized that complaints will only be served if they are related to the three sectors. Meanwhile, personal matters such as receivable debts will not be handled by the postal team.

Second, regarding school children, don't go to school just because they are uniform. Third, legal services. For this one, lawyers are on standby. According to Dedi, the initiative to establish the post aims to accelerate the government's response to the basic issues of society while strengthening public confidence in local governments.
He revealed that the idea started from his experience when he opened a complaint post at his private residence in Lembur Pakuan, Subang Regency.
So far, I have received direct complaints from the public regarding health, education, and legal assistance. The complaint post used my operational funds and personal funds, and was proven to help many residents," he said.
In addition to opening services at Gedung Sate, Dedi also appealed to all regents and mayors in West Java to imitate similar steps by opening complaint posts at their respective official residences.
