80th Anniversary, TNI Introduces New Submarine KSOT-008 Made By Children Of The Nation

JAKARTA - The Indonesian National Army (TNI) introduced a new submarine made by the nation's children, namely KSOT-008 in celebration of the TNI's 80th Anniversary which was held at Monas, Jakarta, Sunday, October 5.

As the opening light for the defile, the TNI combat materials passed in front of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto and the community. Covering the motorbike escorted by a formation of 80 which marked the TNI's 80th Anniversary by the military police.

As is known, the Indonesian National Army (TNI) held the commemoration of its 80th Anniversary (HUT) at the National Monument (Monas), Jakarta, on Sunday, October 5. The TNI's 80th anniversary carries the theme "TNI Prima, TNI Rakyat, Indonesia Maju".

A total of 133,000 TNI personnel were involved in the peak event of the TNI's 80th Anniversary commemoration which was held at the Monas crossing today. In addition to 133,000 TNI personnel, 1,047 main weapons system equipment (alutsista) will also be deployed for parades, defiles, and demonstrations of soldiers' skills from land, sea and air dimensions.
