The Perpetrators Of The Stabbing At The Bmart Kemayoran Cafe Were Positive For Drugs

JAKARTA - The stabbing perpetrator with the initials A against visitors to Bmart Kemayoran is known to have tested positive for narcotics. The main perpetrator was positive for narcotics after a urine test was carried out by the Central Jakarta Metro Police.

"One person is positive (narcotics). Yes (the main perpetrator of the stabbing)," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Roby Hery Saputra when confirmed by VOI, Friday, October 3, 2025.

Meanwhile, according to the perpetrator's confession, he also admitted that he had consumed alcohol and narcotics.

"The perpetrator who stabbed him, there was information from the perpetrator (that) apart from drinking alcohol, he also used drugs," he said.

In the initial news, three young men had become victims of a stabbing in front of Bmart Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The victim was intercepted by an unknown group of people. It was reported that the two groups had previously been involved in a fight in the Bmart Kemayoran cafe and continued when they were about to go home.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Roby Hery Saputra, said that initially the perpetrators and victims were arguing at the cafe.

After that, the victim and his entourage were again intercepted outside the cafe, leading to a beating with sharp weapons.

"Initially, they argued during entertainment in the cafe, then when they were outside the cafe the victim's group was intercepted by the alleged perpetrator," said AKBP Roby when confirmed, Thursday, October 2, 2025.

Kasat further said that the victim who died as a result of the stabbing had the initials HT (22) and two critical victims with the initials CT (22) and FA (22).

"The victims were taken to the RSPAD. One died, two were injured," he said.
