Bobby Nasution Sidak To The Service, But Can Complain Of Unclear Citizens PKH Assistance

MEDAN - Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution conducted a surprise inspection (sidak) on the first day of work. Sidak is carried out to a number of regional device organizations (OPD).

Sidak is done to ensure the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) after the Eid al-Fitr holiday. At first Bobby Nasution visited the Medan Dukcapil Office. He was greeted by Kadis Dukcapil Zulkarnain and Medan Petisah Sub-District Head, Agha Novrian.

Bobby then went around the room and disdukcapil service center. There, Bobby receives a lot of complaints from the public.

Bobby received a complaint from a resident of Medan Labuhan subdistrict named Teti Siburian.  To Bobby, he complained about the assistance of the family hope program (PK). Because, it has been 2 years Teti has not received PKH because it is stuck in the population data.

In response, Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution mentioned that many PKH recipients are still plagued by population administration problems.

"This is one of the problems that exist in the recipient of PKH, his name is not verified in banking. It's been reported 3x24 hours maximum it was delivered. We see if the pkh problem is in Dukcapil, because the problem presented by the companion after being registered but not liquid, means the problem in the Population data," said Bobby.

In general, Bobby praised the public service in Disdukcapil. He hopes that the service in Disdukcapil can be more optimal.

"On the first day of public service in person, meeting the public directly to manage this correspondence should be optimal. This morning to Disdukcapil, I came after 8 o'clock, thank God the place is filled all, the service has been good to the community," he said.

From dinas Dukcapil, Bobby Nasution continued to the One Door Integrated Licensing Office (PTSP). At this location, the Mayor of Medan found an employee who was not on the premises.

"There was a reason breakfast, continued vaccines. A year ago, the vaccine in puskesmas was not on a schedule, it could have come directly. Why monday, I recorded his name. The reason is whatever, it's the first day, especially the service should be optimized," said Bobby.
