Angry Debt Bill, Student From Sukabumi Arranges Scenario Bacok His Colleague In The Stomach And Chest To Death

JAKARTA - Sukabumi Police Reskrim Unit revealed the motive for the premeditated murder of a student from Sukabumi Regency, West Java with the initials TRB (24).

"The suspect killed his victim on behalf of Edi Hermawan because of the anger and upset often charged with debt by the victim, so TRB made a scenario to commit murder against Edi," said Sukabumi Police Chief AKBP Lukman Syarif in Sukabumi reported from Antara, Sunday, May 16.

TRB is a resident of Cikiwul Village. Information gathered from the police, the planned murder of TRB began on Wednesday, May 12 at around 10:00 a.m.

The suspect was contacted by Dariansyah who was the victim's order to inquire about the payment of the suspect's debt.

Annoyed that he was often charged and the suspect did not have the money to pay for it, the student devised a strategy to commit the murder of Edi Hermawan.

Terbesit idea asked Edi and Dariansyah to come to his house in Kampung Cikiwul RT 04/02, Bojongsari Village, Jampangkulon District. The perpetrator said he had prepared the money to pay his debts.

The suspect then prepared a bundle of paper wrapped in a brown envelope so that it resembled money to trick his victim. At around 18.00 PM, Edi, Dariansyah, and the victim's driver, Hidayat, arrived at TRB's house.

To launch his action, the perpetrator asked Dariansyah to go to his mother's house not far from the location. After Dariansyah went to the suspect's mother's house, TRB let the victim sit first with the reason, the suspect will take the money.

It turned out that TRB took a sharp weapon in the form of samurai and machetes and immediately beat the victim, stabbing the victim's stomach and chest. Edi died on the spot.

Hearing a commotion, Dariansyah returns to the suspect's house to look for Edi. At the location, he sees Edi is already lifeless with terrible conditions.

The suspect who saw Dariansyah immediately chased after him then molested by grabbing Dariansyah's head and chest using a samurai. After venting his emotions, the suspect fled towards the plantation.

Informed of the murder, members of the Sukabumi Police Reskrim Unit moved into the field and on Friday, May 14, around 2:30 p.m. arrested the suspect at a stall on Jalan Lengkong Cijaksa, Karanganyar Village, Jampangkulon District.

Lukman added that when he was about to be arrested the suspect tried to escape and fight against his members. Eventually, the suspect was paralyzed by being shot in the calf.

"The suspect committed his act alone and has prepared everything to smooth his plan to kill the victim," he said.

Based on the results of the crime scene and from the suspect's hands, police confiscated an 80 cm long samurai, a machete, a kitchen knife, two pieces of receipts with a nominal value of Rp63 million, one bundle of receipts, one bundle of paper wrapped in brown envelopes, one black cell phone.
