The Provocateur Of The Action To Loote Uya Kuya's House Is Still Being Hunted By Members Of The East Jakarta Metro Police

East Jakarta Metro Police (Jaktim) are still hunting for other provocateurs in the house looting action of Member of Commission IX of the House of Representatives (DPR) Surya Uya Kuya in the Pondok Bambu area, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, Saturday, August 30, evening.

"We are still looking for the provocateur, who incited the looting of Uya Kuya's house," said East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKBP Dicky Fertoffan, Wednesday, September 17.

Dicky said that his party had communicated with the cyber team to find the perpetrators who incited the masses through social media.

"Yesterday we communicated with the cyber team, we are currently looking for the perpetrators who carried out the investigation, who used the media," he said.

Until now, the number of suspects in the case of looting Uya Kuya's house is still 15 people. However, investigators are still hunting for parties suspected of being provocateurs in the action.

Regarding the involvement of minors in this looting case, said Dicky, the legal process against them is still waiting for the leadership's decision.

"Those who are minors are currently still at the Handayani Center, their needs have been met. Will they be processed in the future, we will see policies from the leadership," said Dicky.

Previously, the East Jakarta Metro Police arrested a suspected provocateur in the looting of Uya Kuya's house.

"The provocateur for the looting of Uya Kuya's house has been secured," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Alfian Nurrizal when confirmed in Jakarta, Thursday, September 4.

The suspected provocateur was arrested on suspicion of spreading invitations through social media accounts. From the hands of the perpetrators, the police confiscated two cell phones used to operate the TikTok account.

Until now, the East Jakarta Metro Police have named 15 suspects in the case of looting Uya Kuya's house.
