Police Are Still Looking For Dallang Riots In Jakarta

Polda Metro Jaya is still hunting for the masterminds or intellectual actors of riots and anarchic demonstrations in Jakarta a few days ago. Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Police Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi admitted that his party was still searching for the main actor of the riots.

"Police efforts continue to be carried out, chasing or hunting the main actors behind the riots. This is still being carried out," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Police Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi, ANTARA, Monday, September 8.

Apart from intellectual actors, his party also continues to hunt down perpetrators who commit acts of violence and anarchic acts.

"Continue to hunt down the perpetrators who carried out acts of violence, the anarchic actions that caused the riots, continued to be hunted," said Ade Ary.

Regarding the number of suspects arrested, Ade Ary said the police were still investigating.

"Following up on the direction of the President and the National Police Chief to provide protection to the community, to provide a sense of security. So police efforts continue to be carried out," he said.

This is still being investigated. "Please, the team is still working," he said.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya had named 43 suspects because they were suspected of being involved in anarchist actions at the DPR/MPR RI building, Gelora Senayan, Tanah Abang and other locations in Jakarta from August 25 to August 31, 2025.

"This suspect is divided into two clusters, namely incitement for people to act anarchically and anarchist perpetrators," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Police Ade Ary at a press conference at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (4/9) night.

Of the 43 suspects 38 people have been detained, one person is still being searched and one suspect is being detained by the Directorate of Cyber Crime Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya.
