Regeneration In Political Parties Must Be Accompanied By Renewal Of Ideas, Methods And Culture

JAKARTA Political observer at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang, Achmad Chumaidi, assessed that the regeneration of leadership in political parties (political parties) in Indonesia is urgent.

Memed emphasized that political parties must have the courage to change their approach, namely from one-way communication to more dialogical.

Sebelumnya, Ketua Umum Partai NasDem, Surya Paloh menyinggung soal regenerasi kepemimpinan khususnya di internasl Partai NasDem.

Paloh mengatakan perlunya kader-kader muda tampil sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan demi menyongsong Pemilu 2029.

Dia berkaca pada hasil Pilkada Serentak 2024 di mana banyak pemimpin muda keluar sebagai pemenang pilkada.

“Sudah waktunya Partai NasDem turut memberikan jalan bagi generasi muda untuk lebih berperan aktif. Pemilu 2029 akan menjadi panggung utama kaum muda Indonesia,” kata Paloh dalam Rakernas I Partai NasDem di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, beberapa waktu lalu.
