DKI Provincial Government Invites Bayam Village Residents To Hand Over KSB Key Keys

North Jakarta Mayor Hendra Hidayat revealed that the DKI Provincial Government invited residents of the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group to hand over the keys to Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB). Hendra ensured that KSB was ready to be inhabited.

"Today we will invite the residents of Kampung Bayam to socialize the residential lease contract, as well as sign the contract and hand over the key," said Hendra, Tuesday, July 28.

The socialization, which will be held at the North Jakarta Mayor's office, called Hendra, is carried out to ensure that the residential process for former Kampung Bayam runs in a transparent, orderly and participatory manner.

"I hope the residents will be present at the office and we will resolve this issue. The statement letter and contract have been prepared by Jakpro," said Hendra.

Previously, the head of the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group, Muhammad Furqon, admitted that his party had not been able to occupy any units in Kampung Susun Bayam.

"We are still in temporary shelter. It is not clear when to enter the Kampung Susun Bayam," Furqon said in a short message.

In fact, the ceremony for handing over the key to the KSB by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung to the Tani Group of Kampung Bayam Madani was carried out several months ago.

Pramono did have a political contract with the residents of Kampung Bayam during the 2024 Pilkada to realize their demands that they could inhabit the flats built in the era of former DKI Governor Anies Baswedan.

From the explanation of PT Jakarta Propertindo as the manager of Kampung Susun Bayam, Furqon said they were still in charge of the administrative process before finally wanting residents to occupy housing.

"We have to be patient, but for some time. The governor has to really check," said Furqon.
