JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) or HK will impose the Padang "Sicincin" Toll Road tariff starting July 30, 2025. The tariff is following the Decree of the Minister of Public Works (Kepmen PU) Number 672/KPRT/M/2025 concerning the Rate of the Pekanbaru Toll Road Tariff "Padang Section Sicin-Padang" which was signed on July 16, 2025.
Later, the amount of toll rates on the Pekanbaru 'Padang Section of Sicincin' Padang Toll Road will take effect 14 days from the stipulation of the Ministerial Decree.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya Adjib Al Hakim said, before the tariff was implemented, the company had carried out massive socialization through various communication channels.
In addition, he said, Hutama Karya has also educated the public regarding the planned implementation of these rates through various platforms, ranging from conventional media, social media, outdoor media such as banners and billboards to local radio broadcasts.

As part of the socialization and coordination process, Adjib said, Hutama Karya had also held a meeting with the Deputy Governor of West Sumatra and the Regent of Padang Pariaman to convey the policy plan directly to the local government.

Then, together with Assistant II of the Governor of West Sumatra Arry Yuswandi; Public Policy Observer Agus Pambagio; Andalas University Transportation Lecturer Yossafra; West Sumatra MTI Chairman Gusri Yaldi; and other representatives.
Through the FGD, he continued, Hutama Karya received a lot of input and suggestions from the public which could be used as evaluation material in the implementation of toll operations in the future.
