JAKARTA - The Indonesian House of Representatives ratified Bill 10 of the Regency/City into Law in the 25th plenary meeting of the Fourth Session Period of 2024-2025 at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, July 24. Adies then asked for the approval of all members of the council regarding Level II / Decision-making Talks on 10 (ten) Draft Law on Regencies / Cities, namely; 1) Bill on Gorontalo Regency in Gorontalo Province; 2) Bill on Gorontalo City in Gorontalo Province; 3) Bill on Buton Regency in Southeast Sulawesi Province; 4) Bill on Kolaka Regency in Southeast Sulawesi Province; 5) Bill on Konawe Regency in Southeast Sulawesi Province; 6) Bill on Muna Regency in Southeast Sulawesi Province; 7) Bill on Bolaang Mongondow Regency in North Sulawesi Province; 8) Bill on Sangihe Islands Regency in North Sulawesi Province; 9) Bill on Minahasa Regency in North Sulawesi Province; 10) Bill on Manado City in North Sulawesi Province.
"It is time for us to ask for approval from the 10 Draft Laws on Regencies/Cities in Gorontalo Province, Southeast Sulawesi Province and North Sulawesi Province, whether it can be approved to be ratified into law," Adies asked, followed by the approval of the members of the council present.
Furthermore, Adies asked the Chairperson of the DPR RI Supervisory Team for the Implementation of the 2025 Hajj, Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal to submit his report.
After the agenda, Adies then invited a spokesman for each faction in the DPR RI to express the opinion of the Factions on the Draft Law on Amendments to Law Number 8 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Hajj and Umrah, as a written proposal for the initiative of Commission VIII of the DPR RI. Followed by decision making as a bill proposed by the DPR RI.
