JAKARTA - The NTB Student and Youth Committee has urged the Attorney General's Office (AGO) to examine the chairman of the NTB Provincial DPRD Baiq Isvie Rupaeda regarding the alleged corruption of the main thought fund (pokir) whose value reaches tens of billions of rupiah.
Isvie is strongly suspected of being involved in the management of stealth funds worth tens of billions of rupiah which were not recorded in the official basic mind budget (pokir) of IDR 12.3 billion in 2025.
The funds are disguised under the term "directive" of regional heads and spread across a number of strategic agencies.
"Baiq Isvie Rupaeda also hides money that argues that he has been extorted at the PUPR Service for Rp. 65 billion, the Housing and Settlement Service for Rp. 77 billion and the Agriculture Service for Rp. 40 billion. To trick him, Baiq Isvie Rupaeda named him direct. This was found from field checks, because the office itself did not know that Isvie's name as chairman of the DPRD was only mentioned by the directorate of the regional head. This is in accordance with the data collected," said the person in charge of Johan Johari's action.
Isvie also allegedly did the same thing in the 2024 pokir. The reason is, the official POkir was recorded and in accordance with the MCPKPK amounting to Rp. 14 billion.
From the data collected, there are also other agencies. This stealth fund amounts to Rp. 70 billion.
"This case is to get the attention of the AGO. Because at the NTB High Prosecutor's level there is not enough response. We want the prosecutor's office to immediately examine Baiq Isvie Rupaeda," said Johan.
According to Johan, several projects in NTB did not pass through open tenders.
"We demand transparency because there are many allegations of gratification from projects in the agencies," said Johan.
According to Johan, the alleged implementer of projects in NTB is the crafts from Isvie.
"We view there is potential for corruption here," said Johan.
