Malang Mayor Wahyu Hidayat said he had conveyed the matter of the haramsound horeg fatwa issued by the East Java Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).
"Because there are several things that need to be done starting from the provincial level. Yesterday I met Mr. Emil (Vice Governor of East Java) said there were several regulations related to this MUI fatwa," Wahyu said in Malang City, East Java, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 14.
If the regulations from the East Java Provincial Government have been issued, the Malang City Government will discuss the derivative regulations.
"Later we will see how far the regulations are," he said.
