75 KPK Employees Did Not Pass The National Insights Test Assessment

JAKARTA - There are 75 employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) who did not pass the National Insight Test assessment to transfer their status as state civil servants (ASN). This was conveyed directly by the Chairman of the KPK, Firli Bahuri.

"There are 75 employees who do not meet the requirements (TMS)," Firli said in a conference held at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Wednesday, May 5.

Firli explained, as many as 1,351 KPK employees participated in the National Insight Test (TWK) assessment from March 18 to April 9. Of these, there were 2 employees who did not participate when the test was carried out.

He explained that the assessment of KPK employees in collaboration with BKN RI was in accordance with Article 5 paragraph (4) of the KPK Perkom No. 1 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Transfer of KPK Employees to become State Civil Servants. This is also a derivative rule from Law Number 19 of 2019.

Based on this legal basis, the requirements that must be met by KPK employees in order to pass the assessment to become ASN are loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Indonesia, and the legitimate Government. And not involved in organizational activities that are prohibited by the government and or court decisions.

In addition, employees must also have good integrity and morality.

BKN RI involves many elements of the agency. This is a maximum effort to ensure accountability and objectivity in the entire implementation process.

There are also aspects that are measured in the assessment by the KPK employees by BKN RI together with agencies, including aspects of integrity, aspects of neutrality of ASN and anti-radicalism.

Elements of government agencies involved with BKN RI in carrying out the assessment of KPK employees include the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), the TNI Strategic Intelligence Agency, the Indonesian Army Intelligence Center, the Indonesian Army Psychology Service, and the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT).

He conveyed, the results of the assessment in the context of transferring KPK employees to ASN issued two conclusions on the results of the KPK employee test, namely meeting the requirements and not meeting the requirements.

"There are 1274 employees who meet the requirements, 75 employees who do not meet the requirements and 2 people who do not attend the interview," he concluded.
