The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has again named former Supreme Court (MA) official Zarof Ricar and advocate Lisa Rachmat as suspects.

This time related to cases of alleged corruption in the form of bribes and conspiracy related to case management at the DKI Jakarta High Court (PT) and the Supreme Court in the 2003 '2005 period.

"The new suspects named are ZR (Zarof Ricar), LR (Lisa Rachmat), and II (Isodorus Iswardojo)," said Head of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, to reporters, Thursday, July 10.

Both were named suspects on July 9, 2025. According to Harli, the suspects are suspected of having agreed to commit bribes in handling civil cases at the appeal level at PT DKI Jakarta.

In addition, they were also involved in malicious conspiracy to bribe the case management which rose to the cassation level in the Supreme Court.

"So from the facts that have been found by investigators in Jampidsus, it has been determined that these three people become suspects," said Harli.

Despite being named suspects, Harli said that Zarof Ricar and Lisa Rachmat were not detained. Because, they have already been detained in another case, namely in the bribery case of Gregorius Ronald Tannur's acquittal.

Meanwhile, Isodorus Iswardojo was not detained for reasons of advanced age and health conditions.

"Meanwhile, II (Isodorus) is that if the person concerned is mistaken, he is 88 years old and his condition is sick," said Harli.

Even so, the investigation process continues. Investigators are said to be still examining witnesses and collecting evidence against the three suspects.

"We hope that in the future, it will be filed and transferred to prosecution and court," said Harli.
