JAKARTA - The Ministry of Elementary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) has opened a complaint post service to ensure that the implementation of the New Student Admission System (SPMB) for the 2025/2026 school year runs objectively, transparently, accountablely, fairly, and non-discriminatoryly.
The Director General (Dirjen) of Early Childhood Education, Basic and Secondary Education (PAUD Dikdasmen) of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Gogot Suharwoto, said that the public can submit fraudulent complaints to the Ministry of Education and Culture through the ult.kemdikbud.go.id page and the post-complaint.itjen.kemendikdasmen.go.id or report to the local Regional Education Office/Inspectorate.
"If there is fraud or cheating practices or some parents' mothers, anyone, society throughout Indonesia, please convey if there is fraud at our post," said Gogot as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, June 25.
Until now, the report on the results of monitoring carried out by the Ministry of Education and Culture's Integrated Service Unit (UPT) in 38 Provinces concluded that the SPMB generally went smoothly.

Gogot said the implementation of SPMB in the regions was in accordance with Technical Guidelines (Juknis) 2025 which is a derivative of the Regulation of the Minister of Basic and Secondary Education (Permendikdasmen) Number 3 of 2025 concerning SPMB.
