Tourism In Jambi Is Crowded During Eid Al-Adha, Governor Of Warning: Don't Ignore Security!

JAMBI - Ahead of the long holiday of Eid al-Adha 1446 Hijri, Jambi Governor Al Haris appealed to all tourism object managers in the province to increase vigilance and tighten supervision to prevent unwanted incidents from occurring.

"Tourism managers during the Eid holiday are advised to provide the best service, especially in terms of security. Do not let incidents that harm visitors occur," said Al Haris in Jambi, Antara, Friday, July 6.

The appeal is not only addressed to the management, but also to the public or tourists who want to fill the Eid holidays by visiting tourist attractions.

The governor asked the public to be more careful and not ignore safety aspects, especially for those who bring children or the elderly.

"The momentum for long holidays like this is certain to have a spike in visits to tourist attractions. So I remind all parties, managers and visitors, to remain vigilant and maintain safety," he said.

Several leading tourist destinations in Jambi are predicted to be crowded with visitors, including Gentala Arasy Bridge, Muaro Jambi Candidate Complex, as well as natural tourism in Merangin Regency and Kerinci which are known for its mountainous views.

As regional heads, Al Haris also reminded the Jambi people who travel, both for recreation and homecoming, to remain careful on trips, especially for those who use private vehicles.

"Don't let the euphoria take a vacation, we ignore safety on the road," he said.

Furthermore, Al Haris reminded that Eid al-Adha is not just a vacation momentum, but an opportunity to strengthen faith and piety.

"The Eid al-Adha is a symbol of piety. Let's take advantage of it wisely, avoid excessive attitude in having fun," Al Haris ordered.
