Kenneth highlighted the weak response of RSUD officers in responding to patients who were waiting for treatment in the ER and the treatment room. Not infrequently people are abandoned in the waiting room without further explanation.
"People are placed in the transit room to wait for the room or wait for the emergency room. The hospital does not explain what room this is. That's why sometimes people like complaints, people feel abandoned. Try to be honest, tell what it is. Then people must also be well educated," explained Kenneth.
Then, if the hospital management feels that there is a shortage of medical personnel to treat patients, Kenneth asks them to report to the Health Office and discuss with the DPRD to find a way out.
