Kraton Group Invests IDR 3.65 Trillion For Nusantara IKN Development

JAKARTA - The development of the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) is still continuing. Most recently, there will be six investors who enter there to build hotels, apartments to supermarkets with a total investment value of IDR 3.65 trillion.

One of the companies that will build apartments, office centers, and supermarkets there is PT Kraton Group, through its subsidiary PT Kreasibeton Nusapersada.

PT Kraton Group is a national private company from Medan, North Sumatra will build apartments, office centers and supermarkets.

The signing of the investment cooperation (PKS) has been carried out by the Head of the IKN Authority Basuki Hadimuljono with Antoni Silitonga, CEO of PT Kraton Group at the IKN Authority Office, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, on Wednesday (21/5).

CEO of PT Kraton Group Antoni Silitonga, said thank you to OIKN for inviting his company to join in investing in IKN.

"We as investors thank OIKN for inviting us to join here," said Antoni in Jakarta, Tuesday (27/5/2025).

According to Antoni, the reason for being interested in investing in IKN is because IKN is the only place in Indonesia that provides a lot of convenience in investing.

He also said that the government's IKN directly supports investors.

"We are interested because IKN is the only place in Indonesia that provides a lot of convenience in investing," he said.

Antoni also invited investors to invest in IKN, which is Indonesia's future hope city.

"We invite other friends, let's invest in IKN. IKN is Indonesia's future hope city," said Antoni.

Head of the IKN Authority Basuki Hadimuljono after the signing of the cooperation said that until April 2025, the investment that had been running at IKN reached IDR 62.08 trillion from 42 companies.

Today, this number has increased with the presence of six new companies.

"We thank you very much for your attention and trust to invest in IKN," said Basuki after signing the cooperation.

Basuki also emphasized that he is currently waiting for the announcement of an auction for road construction that will support accessibility in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP).

"Right now, starting in May, we are waiting for the announcement of the auction, God willing, there will be no objections, we can sign a contract to build roads and facilities that can serve investor fathers. After that, we will start another tender for legislative and judicial branches," said Basuki.

"Ladies and gentlemen met me as Minister, but now I meet me as a marketing officer, so whatever you need, our team will serve you all. We don't sell land, we want investment to come here," concluded Basuki.
