The Sirukim Application Is Updated, Ensures Registration Of The Jakarta Flats Uses A Scheme "Who Can Get It Fast"

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung inaugurated the update of the Housing and Settlement Information System (Sirukim) application which has been launched since the leadership of the former Governor of DKI Jakarta.

Sirukim is an application that helps residents register for rental flats (rusunawa) and owned in Jakarta.

Pramono explained that residents who register first will be processed according to the queue. In other words, the registration process to the delivery of residential keys by residents uses the "who can he get it quickly" scheme.

"What if only 10 units register 100, then those who get according to the queue. Everyone who wants to buy is the same. So hopefully, with this transparency, their accountability is guaranteed, transparent, easily accessible and for anyone who wants to have a place to live," said Pramono at Rusunawa Pulogebang, East Jakarta, Tuesday, May 27.

Pramono views that currently the needs of residents to get housing in Jakarta are quite high and not comparable to the availability of existing housing.

Therefore, in updating this feature, Pramono said that Sirukim was designed to make the residential registration process managed by the DKI Provincial Government more objective and transparent.

"For anyone who wants to have a place to live, now the process becomes easier and more transparent. Hopefully this step will bring great benefits to the community, especially in realizing decent, healthy, and sustainable housing," he explained.

On the other hand, the latest Sirukim application also includes faster access, a more user-friendly interface, and a feature that displays rusunawa registration number and real-time affordable housing.

The community now only needs three days to complete all required documents, with a transparent queue system in determining prospective residents. The registration process can also be directly monitored by the registrant.

"So, this (Sirumim) is still a carry forward from the previous one. So with me in re-launching, I didn't say at all that this was a new thing. This is re-launching, relaunching with Sirukim with the features that have been perfected," he added.
