JAKARTA - The circulation of threads equipped with several screenshots of hotel vouchers purchased from booking service providers or the Traveloka application is a concern of netizens. Many of them question the confidentiality of consumer data using these applications.

Responding to this, Traveloka Head of Corporate Communication Reza Amirul Juniarshah emphasized that personal data belonging to users is always his priority. In fact, to protect the data, his party uses a strict and layered security system.

This thread is completed with several screenshots of hotel vouchers from the hotel used by the former General Secretary of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Munarman, who became a terrorism suspect with a woman named Lily Sofia.

The hotel data uploaded by the @xvdgmbk account appears to come from an application that provides hotel services and travel tickets, namely Traveloka. Orders were made from February 2018 to December 2019.

Through this upload, there have been several hotel room orders that have been made in various locations ranging from a hotel in the MT Haryono area, Jakarta to a hotel on Jalan Pajajaran, Bogor.
