JAKARTA - The General Court of the Supreme Court (Badilum MA) issued Circular Letter Number 4 of 2025 concerning the Implementation of Simple Lifestyles for Law Enforcement Apparatus. It includes a prohibition for judges and their families to live a luxurious or hedon lifestyle.
The letter is addressed to Officials and Employees at the Directorate General of the General Court; Leaders of Judges, and Employees in the General Court; Leaders of Judges, and first-degree Court Employees within the Public Court throughout Indonesia.
