JAKARTA - A total of 31 roads in Malaysia are gradually closed from 23-28 May 2025. The closure is in order to ensure smooth traffic flow to welcome the 46th Summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN Summit).
Citing Bernama, Monday 19 May, Malaysia will host the 46th ASEAN Summit which will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLC) on 26 and 27 May.
At the same time, Malaysia will host the 2nd ASEAN-GCC (Cold Cooperation Council) Summit and the first ASEAN-GCC-China Economic Summit.
This traffic engineering (traffic) is implemented covering 6 highways and 25 main roads, including toll roads in Kuala Lumpur or the Klang Valley.
