JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Ummat Party, Agung Mozin, denied that his political parties are still overshadowed by the image of Amien Rais. According to him, even though it was initiated by the former chairman of the MPR, the Ummat Party is regulated professionally.

"The Ummat Party is a party based on Islam, where the highest power and institution of this party is the Shuro council, so it is not the DPP DPW or the regency / municipal board. Absolute power is in the hands of the Shuro council," Agung told VOI, Friday, April 30.
