HPN 79: Bogor DPRD Appreciates PWI Holds Bukber And Orphans

BOGOR - Bogor City DPRD supports the holding of iftar events together (bukber) as well as compensation for hundreds of orphans and poor people in the series of National Press Day (HPN) and 79th PWI Anniversary, initiated by PWI Bogor City, Tuesday 18 April

At the event held at the Bogor City PWI Mako, the Chairperson of the Bogor City DPRD, Adityawarman Adil, Deputy Chair I, M. Rusli Prihatvy, Deputy Chair II, Zenal Abidin, Deputy Chair III, Dadang Iskandar Danubrata, Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD Honorary Board (BK), Safrudin Bima, Member of Commission I, Asep Nadzarullah and Member of Commission IV, Tri Riyanto Andhika Putra.

At the event, Adityawarman expressed his appreciation to the Bogor City PWI as the fourth pillar of democracy which has become a strategic partner for the DPRD in building Bogor City and providing information to the public.

"The DPRD appreciates PWI, which has become a bridge between the government and the community by providing balanced and accurate information. It is the fourth pillar of democracy," said Adit.

In addition, Adityawarman also invited all members of the press and members of the Bogor City PWI to join hands for the sustainable development of the City of Bogor.

"Of course, various things cannot be resolved alone, we must join hands. The Bogor City Government, DPRD and the community must be together," said Adit.

West Java DPRD member Fetty Anggraenidini said he was proud to see the cohesiveness and togetherness carried out by the Bogor City PWI, so that this very noble activity could take place well. He also admitted that he would always support PWI's activities.

"I also invite all of them, both the Bogor city government and the Bogor City DPRD, to collaborate, synergize in building West Java, specifically for Bogor City, which is also my constituency until I was elected in the West Java DPRD," he said.

Fetty also prayed that with the increasing age of PWI Bogor City, which is now 79, it can be more mature and can be more mature, and professional in carrying out its duties.

"In the middle of the holy month of Romadhon it will be a special day, hopefully in this holy month what we all aspire to can be granted by Allah SWT. Moreover, in the middle of this event we invite many orphans and poor children as many as 200 children. Stay critical and constructive and always uphold the journalistic code of ethics, so we make this synergy a strength in building a better city of Bogor," he explained.

Deputy Mayor of Bogor, Jenal Mutaqin said that this compensation activity was very important, because in this blessed month, human people should share happiness with orphans and poor people.

"So that with the breaking of the fast together, which begins with the compensation of orphans, we from the Bogor City Government really appreciate and support this activity. The former deputy chairman of the Bogor City DPRD also revealed that the PWI Bogor City administrators were no one else, because while he was in the DPRD and every time there was an activity at PWI he was always present, so for him PWI administrators had become relatives, friends and friends who were always present to help convey DPRD programs to the public through the news.

"That's why I emphasize to the Chairman of PWI Bogor City, Kang Aldo, even though I am now in the Bogor City Government, I am still the same as the previous one, have not changed, and I am always present at every PWI activity in Bogor City. Moreover, the theme raised in this activity is very appropriate, namely establishing friendship and collaboration," he said.

The chairman of the Bogor City PWI, Herman Indrabudi, expressed his gratitude to all parties, especially West Java DPRD member Fetty Anggraenidini who is far away for taking the time to attend breaking the fast together and compensation for orphans.

The man who is familiarly called Aldo said that actually this compensation activity initially only prioritized orphans whose parents were journalists. However, with the support of all parties, starting from the Bogor City Government, DPRD and strategic partners who have been synergizing so far have made PWI not only prioritize journalists' children, but other general public people can be invited to be equally cared for.

"So this year we can invite as many as 200 orphans. We give happiness, we give a smile on this blessed month. For that, once again I thank all parties who have supported so that this activity can run well and smoothly," said Aldo.
