JAKARTA - The Central Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) continues to expand the coverage of subsidized housing programs for journalists. This time, the team reviewed two residential locations for ready-to-live in the strategic areas of Tangerang Regency and Bogor Regency.
The two locations are Batara Park View in Solear, Tangerang Regency, and Puri Tenjo in Tenjo District, Bogor Regency. Both are near mass transportation access and the Metropolitan Satellite City of Podomoro Tenjo.
"The Central PWI team checks for ready-to-live units. This program makes it easier for journalists to own houses. According to the field team, the location is near new stations and cities," said Hendry Ch Bangun in Jakarta, Thursday, April 24.
Batara Park View is located in Cikasungka Village, only 10 meters from Cikuya Commuter Line Station. This type 30/60 house has two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a garden. The water system uses a 100 meter deep communal well. There are 30 units ready for habitation in the E7 and E8 blocks.
Meanwhile, Puri Tenjo is located in Tenjo Village, Bogor Regency. The location is only 3 minutes to Tenjo Station and 5 minutes to the Podomoro Tenjo area. This type 30/60 house is equipped with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and park. The water system also uses a communal tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters for 14 units per block. There are 20 units ready to live with a new design.

The field survey was conducted by the Central PWI Housing Team led by Deputy Chair M. Sarwani and Secretary Sangky Wahyudin. This activity was accompanied by representatives of BTN Tangerang, Nanda.
"The Central PWI is very serious about overseeing this program. Of the more than 30 thousand PWI members, there are still many who do not have their own homes. Through this program, I encourage journalists, especially PWI members, to have their own homes," said HendryCh Bangun.
