JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that two DPR Satori legislators and Heri Gunawan set up a foundation to receive social responsibility funds or Bank Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (BI).
This was conveyed by the Director of Investigation of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu when asked about the examination of members of the DPR RI from the NasDem Party faction in Satori on Monday, April 21. "We are still investigating the use of the CSR funds," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 22.
Asep then explained that Satori was suspected of enjoying the BI CSR money through the foundation he formed. Likewise with Heri Gunawan as a member of the Gerindra Faction DPR.
"So each of these did, he founded a foundation, formed a foundation to receive CSR," he said.
