JAKARTA - The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) ensures that the operation of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) is already running after obtaining a down payment, no longer using a reimbursement system.
Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana said that his party has now replaced the claim scheme or reimburse with an advance payment to the SPPG for Free Nutrition Food (MBG).
"So if you come to any SPPG now, ask who the money is, where it is used from, it must be from the National Nutrition Agency," Dadan explained as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, April 21.
He explained that until Lebaran this year the MBG program was implemented with a reimbursement mechanism to replace this mechanism, his party did not provide services on April 8-13 when school children began to enter.
The termination of the service was carried out to replace the claim payment scheme. With now, Dadan ensures that all ongoing SPPGs have used down payment sent in a period of 10 days.
"So now there are no new SPPGs that don't have down payment. No down payment can't go," he explained.
Regarding the alleged misappropriation of funds for MBG that occurred in Kalibata, South Jakarta, he reiterated that the issue was an internal matter between the Media Berkat Nusantara (MBN) foundation which handles SPPG in Kalibata and its partners.
In a previous statement, Dadan also stated that BGN had carried out the process of distributing funds in accordance with applicable regulations, namely through direct transfer to a Virtual Account account in the name of the MBN Foundation.
