Cathedral Church Appreciates TNI-Polri For Security Easter Mass

JAKARTA - The Cathedral Church appreciates the security carried out by joint TNI and Polri officers for the series of Easter mass activities for the full four days.

"We really appreciate the establishment of the post and also the security of all activities starting from the holy day or the White Thursday, the Good Friday service, to today's activities so that everything goes smoothly," said Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Cathedral Church Susyana Suwadie in Jakarta, Antara, Sunday, April 20.

He added that the Easter mass will end on Sunday (20/4). He hopes security will continue to run smoothly until the last day of the Easter Mass.

"Hopefully on Easter it can be carried out smoothly around the Jakarta Cathedral area," he said.

He said that security like this is often carried out when large worships are held at the Cathedral Church.

Moreover, he continued, the congregation who took part in the Easter mass usually exploded.

"For security as usual, every Christmas or Easter, of course the Cathedral Church always has full support from the TNI / Polri apparatus and all ranks," he said.
