Pramono Wants Jakarta To Become An International Sports Destination

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowoingin has made Jakarta a destination for international sports.

"I really want to make Jakarta an international sports destination," Pramono said when met after the 'Silaturahride with Mas Pram' event at Jakarta City Hall, Saturday, April 19.

"Silaturahride with Mas Pram" followed by approximately 500 cyclists from 42 bicycle communities in Jakarta.

Pramonopun participated as a participant in the agenda.

Pramonome said that the main reason for the agenda was because the community of bicycles in Jakarta was huge.

The agenda starts at 05.30 WIB with starting points at the Jakarta City Hall.

Pramono Anung returned to the Jakarta City Hall stop point at 07.00 WIB after three rounds in the 'Dalkot' or Inner City, namely Sudirman-Tamrin.

The activity route includes the DKI Jakarta City Hall - Horse Statue Roundabout - Hl Roundabout - Semanggi Interchange - Senayan Roundabout - Semanggi Interchange - Hl Roundabout (Loop Jalan Sudirman 3x) - Horse Statue Roundabout - DKI Jakarta City Hall.

"I myself had a 'average' (average average) speed of 35 kilometers. Some were more, some were lacking," said Pramono.

Pramono also admitted that there was no problem even though he had previously received criticism from the Bike 2 Work (B2W) community regarding the selection of the Casablanca Non-Toll Road (JLNT) route for the event.

As one of the people who participated in the B2W community, Pramono said he received open criticism from the community.

"It's okay. This is democracy and this is welcome even though I don't really know which route. Yes, that's the consequence of public officials. So today I'm also happy that Bike 2 Work is cycling," said Pramono.
