JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Setyo Budiyanto admitted that there was no discussion before his position entered the structure of the Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara).
The head of the anti-corruption commission is included in the ranks of the Danantara Supervisory and Accountability Committee together with the Head of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), the Chairman of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the Chairman of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the National Police Chief, and the Attorney General.
