Prosecutors Respond To Hasto's Camp Regarding Misprinting Articles: Defendants Of Dozens Of Renvoi Rivers Are Still Wrong

JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) responded to the objection note or exception of the defendant Hasto Kristiyanto's camp which highlighted the error in writing the article application in the indictment. It is said that this matter is purely a mistipulation.

In addition, the revision of the error or revoy made by the public prosecutor team was carried out before the trial and received the judge's approval. So there is no need to worry.

"Regarding this issue of typing, if the legal advisor reads our indictment more carefully, regarding the phrase article 65 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code it has been stated in the main subject of the first indictment, namely several actions that must be seen as independent acts so that they constitute several crimes as contained in the aquo indictment on page two," said the prosecutor.

"So this shows that the mistake in mentioning Article 65 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code in the halim 5 indictment is merely a typing error," he continued.

In fact, the prosecutor alluded to the defendant Hasto, who also made several convoys, although there were still typing errors. Even with his attorney who sells it, he made the same mistake.

"The defendant also did the same thing by committing 11 convoys and there were still 4 typos, while the defendant's legal advisor in compiling the a quo exception as read in the city of objections or exceptions there were 20 typos," said the prosecutor.

Previously, Hasto's spokesman, Febri Diansyah protested the request to repair the indictment from the prosecutor. Even though there was only one letter, the mistake affected his client's human rights as a defendant.

"So why do we object? Because even though this is only 1 letter, of course the preparation of this indictment is very important for our client's human rights perspective," said Febri.
