Remember, DKI Companies Must Fill THR Payment Report No Later Than May 6 Here

JAKARTA - Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency Andri Yansyah issued Circular Letter Number 12/SE/2021 concerning the Implementation of the 2021 Religious THR Granting.

In the SE, all companies are required to provide holiday allowances (THR) no later than 7 days before the Eid Al-Fitr 1442 Hijrah.

"We are following up on what has been issued by the Ministry of Manpower, that these companies have to pay THR according to the provisions, namely 7 days before major religious holidays", said Andri when contacted, Monday, April 26.

What needs to be remembered is that the DKI Transmigration and Energy Agency requires companies to report the implementation steps of giving THR that have been carried out by the company no later than May 6, 2021. Filling in via thread bit.ly/laporanthr2021.

In this thread, filling out the religious THR payment report form in 2021 is only done by the HRD (Human Resources Development) of each company.

This filling includes company data, the number of employees, and the THR filling report no later than 7 days before Eid or it is agreed that no later than 1 day before Eid.

In the event that the company is still affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the result is that it is unable to provide the Religious THR for 2021 at the specified time, Andri asks that first dialogue with workers/laborers in the company be made to reach an agreement.

"If a complaint or request is found, it can be carried out on a bipartite basis to determine the maximum time limit for payments that must be made by the company", said Andri.
