Not A Curhat Car, Pramono Will Open An Online Psychologist Service For Stressed Jakarta Residents

Head of the DKI Jakarta Health Office, Ani Ruspitawati, said that the DKI Provincial Government will open psychological health services for Jakarta residents to consult for free.

This is one of the campaign promises of the Governor-Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung-Rano Karno in the 2024 Pilkada.

"There is one platform to be able to get a consultation on psychological health services in a hotline," Ani told reporters, Monday, March 24.

This psychological consultation service previously became the attention of the candidates for the Governor-Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta in the 2024 Pilkada. Apart from Pramono, Ridwan Kamil once initiated car services as a place for residents to consult.

Ani has not been able to reveal the name of the service application before it is officially launched for some time to come. What is clear, this service will help Jakarta residents to relieve stress.

"Launching will be carried out so that the network is captured directly. Because stressed people need (consultation). Maybe he is lazy to come to the puskesmas, or he doesn't understand that at the puskesmas there is a psychologist," explained Ani.

In the application, the DKI Provincial Government has also alerted services for residents who need an ambulance if necessary to be rushed to a psychiatric emergency.

"There will be an ambulance that will help evacuate to the hospital to provide psychiatric services. Then the referral center will be at Duren Sawit Hospital," he explained.

"In the future, we will also cooperate with other SKPDs, Firefighters, BPBD, Satpol PP if certain conditions are needed to help," he added.
