JAKARTA - The Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy (KSAL) Admiral TNI Yudo Margono said he would prepare a medical evacuation of the KRI Nanggala-402 crew who might still be safe in the search process.

"Later, we will prepare for medical evacuation of crews who may still be safe. We will evacuate to Surabaya or Banyuwangi. We will continue for the next process," said Admiral TNI Yudo Margono in a press conference on Saturday, April 24.

There are also foreign aid ships including the MV Swift Rescue ship from Singapore, the Mega Bakti Ship from Malaysia still on its way, HMAS Ballarat from Australia, then HMAS Sirius Australia, and ships from India.
