Suspect Minya Kita Is Not In Accordance With The Action Provisions Since February 2025, One Day Of Production 800 Kartons

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has named one suspect in the case of violating MiyaKita's cooking oil distribution with an incommensurate mode. Based on the results of the examination, the suspect has been in action since February 2025.

"The suspect has been running the business since February 2025," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Brigadier General Helfi Assegaf, to reporters, Tuesday, March 11.

Although relatively new, the quantity or amount of cooking oil does not match the amount produced. One day, it can reach 800 cartons with two forms of packaging.

"With a business production capacity of 400 to 800 cartons a day in packaging and vouchers," he said.

In addition, it is suspected that the suspect did not only produce MinyaKita cooking oil. The allegation refers to his statement which said he was assigned by PT. MSI and PT. ARN to package and sell packaged cooking oil of various brands.

Therefore, investigators will explore further about the cooking oil brand which is also reduced by the suspect's dose.

Apart from this, Helfi said that his party had confiscated 450 boxes of the MinyaKita brand with processed packages to be distributed. Then, 180 packs of vouch bags and 250 boxes of bottled bottles.

Then, there are 30 units of filling machine production equipment for the vouch bag type, and 40 units of filling machine for bottle filling, as well as 3 units of heavy bags, a sailing machine, and 4 units of scales.

"In addition, 80 container drums were also found empty with a capacity of 1000 liters and for this activity, investigators have confiscated 10,560 liters," said Helfi.
