JAKARTA - The Jakarta Military Court II-08 held a trial for the shooting of the car rental boss that ensnared three members of the Indonesian Navy (AL) today, Monday, March 10 at 09.00 WIB.

"Today the trial continues with an agenda of prosecution," said the spokesman for the Jakarta Military Court II-08, Marine Major Arin Fauzam, when quoted by ANTARA Monday morning.

The trial will begin at 09.00 WIB. Arin suggested that the Jakarta Military Court II-08 will hold a trial openly for the public, so that media partners and the public can monitor and follow the proceedings.

In addition, Arin also guarantees that the trial process will be carried out in a professional, independent, impartial or impartial manner (impartial), transparent, and accountable manner.

"So please all media colleagues and the public continue to follow the progress of the trial which will be held today," said Arin.

The trial will later be chaired by Lieutenant Chief Judge Colonel Chk Arif Rachman with Lieutenant Lieutenant Colonel Chk Nanang Subeni and Lieutenant Lieutenant Judge Colonel Chk Gatot Sumarjono.

Of the 19 witnesses, only Nengsih had his testimony read out based on the Minutes of Investigation (BAP). Nengsih could not be present at the trial because she was sick.

In addition, the Jakarta Military Oditur II-07 canceled presenting additional witnesses on behalf of Ramli because Ramli's health condition had decreased. Ramli is a victim of the shooting who survived and is currently undergoing treatment.

Three members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Navy (AL) from the Military Oditurat II-07 Jakarta were charged with holding on to the shooting case of a car rental boss that occurred at the KM45 rest area, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Jayanti, Tangerang Regency, Banten, last Thursday early February.

This is as regulated and threatened with criminal penalties in accordance with Article 480 of the 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code with the article of detention.

The three defendants were the defendant one on behalf of the Head of the (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo, the defendant two Second Sergeant Akbar Adli, and the defendant three First Sergeant Rafsin Hermawan.

In addition to the article on detention, two of the three suspects, namely the defendant one on behalf of the Head Classi (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo and the defendant two First Sergeant Akbar Adli, were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code related to premeditated murder.
