Dozens Of Entrepreneurs From Aguan To Haji Isam Fulfill Prabowo's Invitation To The Palace

Dozens of big businessmen from Indonesia, such as Andi Syamsuddin Arsyad alias Haji Isam, Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan, to Prajogo Pangestu visited the Jakarta Presidential Palace, Friday 7 March.

In addition to the three, entrepreneurs who also fulfilled President Prabowo Subianto's invitation to the Palace included Boy Thohir, Tomi Winata, Franky Wijaya, Dato Sri Tahir, James Riady, Chairul Tanjung and Hilmi Panigoro.

President Director of Adaro Energy Indonesia Garibaldi Thohir or commonly known as Boy Thohir said in the invitation, the President also invited state guests with entrepreneurs.

"There are guests, state guests. I don't know. Maybe the invitation was from the Prime Minister of Vietnam," Boy Thohir told reporters, which was confiscated by Antara.

Boy said that on Thursday (6/3) night, he had met with President Prabowo Subianto and seven other major entrepreneurs to discuss the current situation and conditions in the country, including discussing the dynamics of global conditions.

Then, he was again invited this Friday afternoon along with other entrepreneurs, the ministers of the Red and White Cabinet, as well as the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Anindya Bakrie.

A number of ministers who attended the invitation with entrepreneurs this Friday afternoon, namely Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Investment and Downstreaming who is also the Head or CEO of the Danantara Investment Management Agency (BPI) Rosan Roeslani, Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir and Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani.

As for Thursday (6/3) night, President Prabowo Subianto received the presence of eight big entrepreneurs in Indonesia who have different business backgrounds, including Anthony Salim, Sugianto Kusuma, Prajogo Pangestu, Boy Thohir, Franky Widjaja, Dato Sri Tahir, James Riady, and Tomy Winata.

Based on an upload from Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya through the Instagram account @sekretariat.kabinet, the meeting between the President and the entrepreneurs took place warmly to discuss many things, starting from discussions on the current situation and conditions in the country, including discussing the dynamics of global conditions.

In particular, when discussing domestic topics, the President and entrepreneurs did not escape discussing the main and leading programs being run by the Red and White Cabinet (KMP) which covers various sectors, ranging from health to the industrial sector.

Various programs discussed include the Free Nutrition Food program which has been running since early 2025, the Food and Energy Swasembada program, support programs for infrastructure, industrialization, programs related to the textile industry, to discussing the latest programs, namely the Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (Dantara).
