Crude Oil Corruption Case IDR 193.7 Trillion, AGO Opens Opportunities To Check Ahok

Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Abdul Qohar said anyone involved in the case would be investigated, including Ahok if it was deemed necessary by investigators.

"So anyone involved in this case, either based on witness testimony, or based on documents or other evidence, we will definitely call for questioning, anyone," he said when asked about the former Commissioner of Ahok.

Qohar said investigators had searched four locations related to the crude oil corruption case, including the residence of the oil king Riza Chalid.

"So Pak Riza Chalid's house is now an office, where the suspects from three people yesterday from the businessman had their offices there, so we searched," he said.

The AGO has named nine suspects in the 2018-2023 case of corruption in crude oil management and refinery products of PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) which cost the state nearly Rp193.7 trillion.

Kemudian Agus Purwono selaku VP feedstock management PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza selaku beneficial owner PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati selaku komisaris PT Navigator Khatulistiwa sekaligus komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim, Gading Ramadhan Joedo selaku komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim, dan direktur utama PT Orbit Terminal Merak.

Two more people who have just been named as suspects in the crude oil case are Maya Kusmaya as the director of marketing center and commerce of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Edward Corne as VP trading operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
