KPK: All Of Paulus Tannos Extradition Requirements Have Been Sent To Singapore

"Last week it was brought to the Singapore government," said Setyo when confirmed by reporters quoted on Tuesday, February 25.

Setyo did not specify the flow of delivery of the extradition requirements of Paulus Tannos. He only mentioned that there were a number of documents sent including a request letter from the Minister of Law; a legalization certificate; identity; resummation to a letter from the Attorney General.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Fitroh Rohcahyanto, said that the current anti-corruption commission is just waiting for good news from Singapore regarding the extradition of Paulus Tannos. This is because the document matters have been completed before 45 days of temporary detention.

"We have completed the conditions, we are just waiting for the results from Singapore," said Fitroh when contacted by reporters in a written statement, Monday, February 24.

"Hopefully in the near future there will be positive information," continued the former Director of Prosecution of the KPK.

Fitroh tak mau bicara lebih lanjut soal proses ekstradisi tersebut. "Mudah-mudahan diterima lah," tegasnya.

Diberitakan sebelumnya, Paulus Tannos yang merupakan Direktur Utama PT Sandipala Arthapura akhirnya ditangkap otoritas Singapura setelah masuk daftar pencarian orang sejak 2021. Dia ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus korupsi pengadaan kartu tanda penduduk elektronik (e-KTP) oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) pada 2019.

At that time he was named a suspect by the KPK along with three other people, namely Isnu Edhi Wijaya as the former President Director of the Indonesian National Printing Corporation (PNRI); 2014-2019 DPR RI member Miryam S Haryani; and former Head of the Information Technology Technical Team for the Application of e-KTP Husni Fahmi.
