Regional Head Election Dispute 2024, MK Orders Re-voting In 11 Regions

JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court (MK) ordered the KPU to hold a re-voting (PSU) in 11 regions due to disputes or disputes over the results of the 2024 Pilkada.

This amount is based on the results of the 2024 Pilkada dispute decisions that have been decided by the Constitutional Court judges, last Monday from 08.00 WIB to 14.32 WIB at the Constitutional Court building, Central Jakarta.

Of the 20 cases of the 2024 Pilkada dispute, there were 11 cases that were granted by the Constitutional Court with the verdict to conduct a PSU.

Then, a regional election dispute whose decision is re-voting, and another decision by the Constitutional Court ordered an improvement in the writing of the KPU's decision. The rest was rejected or not accepted by the Constitutional Court.

Currently, the Constitutional Court is still continuing to read 20 more 20 Pilkada dispute decisions. The Speech of the Decision can be seen online via live streaming on the official YouTube channel of the Constitutional Court.

Meanwhile, visitors who are present at the Constitutional Court can directly and jointly witness the pronunciation of the Decision via videotron installed in the courtyard of the Constitutional Court Building.

As a form of accountability for the trial and case handling, the Constitutional Court also provides the widest possible access through the Constitutional Court's official website for the public to obtain a copy of the verdict.
