Case Of Gaduh Trial, Bareskrim Will Examine Razman Arif Nasution On March 4

JAKARTA - The Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri will examine Razman Arif Nasution regarding the investigation into cases of alleged insults to make noise in court. The plan is for the taking of information to be carried out on March 4.

The examination schedule is a request from Razman. Originally, Razman was scheduled to undergo information collection some time ago.

However, for certain reasons, Razman could not attend it. So Razman asked for the postponement of the examination time.

"Brother Razman was summoned yesterday, could not attend and said that later he would fulfill the invitation to clarify the 4th," said the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro to reporters, Friday, February 21.

In addition, in investigating this case, several witnesses have been questioned. Although not clearly conveyed, one of them is known, namely Hotman Paris Hutapea.

The famous lawyer was questioned on February 17. Investigators asked about 25 questions about the alleged crime that occurred.

"We have examined several witnesses including Hotman," he said.

On the other hand, investigators are said to have technical problems in completing several things. This is because the reporting party has not provided complete information regarding the alleged non-criminal charges reported.

"We are still completing several things that we need to explore from the reporter because until now the reporter has not fully provided information to us because the reporter has had a little disaster," said Djuhandani.

As previously reported, the North Jakarta District Court reported Razman and his friends to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The report was a follow-up to orders or directions from the Supreme Court (MA).

Three articles were reported. First, Article 335 of the Criminal Code concerning unpleasant acts. Then, Article 207 of the Criminal Code concerning insults to rulers or legal entities in Indonesia, and Article 217 of the Criminal Code concerning making noise in court trials.
