The famous lawyer Hotman Paris Hutapea said Razman Arif Nasution would face three problems related to chaos that occurred at the North Jakarta District Court some time ago.

This statement was conveyed by Hotman Paris before undergoing examination as a witness at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

"So Razman will face three things," Hotman told reporters, Monday, February 17.

The first problem is the alleged defamation case he reported. In that case, Razman was a defendant.

"Second, Razman and Firdaus' certificates were frozen by the High Court for the blessing of the Supreme Court leadership, in accordance with the words of the spokesman for the Supreme Court, the spokesman for the Supreme Court said that if you watch it in the media, you should not convene," he said.

The third problem is related to the police report allegedly insulting by the North Jakarta District Court. The report was also related to the riots in the trial.

The riot was because Razman said corruptors with a loud voice. The character seemed to be addressed to the panel of judges. Then, his attorney named Firdaus Oiwobo suddenly went up to the table.

"The third has a police report from the head of the district court who is also a criminal and this is very quick to pay attention," said Hotman.

Meanwhile, the North Jakarta District Court (PN) officially reported Razman Arif Nasution and Firdaus Oiwobo to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police on suspicion of humiliation to make noise in the trial.

The report is a follow-up to the North Jakarta District Court regarding the noise that occurred during the trial of alleged defamation with the defendant Razman Arif Nasution.

"So on behalf of the institution, the attitude of our institution has reported the incident," said North Jakarta District Court Public Relations official Maryono.

In the report, there are three articles reported. First, Article 335 of the Criminal Code concerning unpleasant acts.

Then, Article 207 of the Criminal Code concerning insults to rulers or legal entities in Indonesia, and Article 217 of the Criminal Code concerning making noise in court trials.

"What was reported was Rahman Arif Nasution and his friends," said Maryono.
