The DPR also encourages the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and local governments, especially those located in border areas in and out of Indonesia, to tighten health checks according to the COVID-19 health protocol for Indonesian citizens who come from abroad and foreign nationals (WNA) who will enter Indonesia. .

This method also aims to ensure that all Indonesian citizens and foreigners who enter Indonesia do not carry and spread the Corona virus.

"Appealing to all PMIs not to return to Indonesia in order to celebrate Eid for the good of themselves and their families in the country, this is solely to prevent the transmission of the Corona virus that may be brought by PMI from overseas countries," said Azis Syamsuddin.
