"This temporary dismissal is carried out based on Article 56 Paragraph (1). BK has an obligation to report the results of the investigation in the plenary meeting," he said.
He also explained that this decision was in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Based on Article 117 of PP Number 13 of 2028, the DPRD leadership is obliged to submit a proposal for a temporary dismissal to the governor through the regent within 7 days of a DPRD member being appointed as a defendant.
"The temporary dismissal is effective from the date LN is designated as a defendant," he added.
