JAKARTA - Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid denied the existence of a certificate on behalf of PT Kapuk Naga Indah as the owner of a 30.16 kilometer sea fence in Tangerang waters.

"If this one is in accordance with the procedure, because this is a certificate, which is in Kamal Muara, published in 2017, this is a certificate in the form of SHGB, on behalf of PT Kapuk Niaga Indah. This one is published on HPL, and it is a land resulting from reclamation. Nusron said PT Kapuk Indah Naga was in accordance with procedures for the construction of several islands on Pantai Indah Kapuk. However, he said, the sea fence in Tangerang does not belong to the subsidiary of PT Agung Sedayu Group.

"So if this (according to) procedures, we will convey it as it is. But for the previous one, the first point, we have explained in full and in detail," he said.
