Robber With A Gun Brings About IDR1.5 Million In Cash At Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Gianyar

Robbery at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Gianyar Bali (IST)

GIANYAR - Robbery occurred at Kimia Farma pharmacy, Gianyar, Bali. The perpetrator pointed a gun at a pharmacy cashier and managed to get away with IDR1.5 million.

The robbery took place on Thursday, April 15 evening at Kimia Farma Batuan pharmacy, Banjar Dentiyis, Sukawati, Gianyar.

"The lost items were stolen, the money from the sale of Kimia Farma pharmacy was IDR 1,500,000", said Head of Sukawati Police, AKP Wayan Ariawan, Friday, April 16.

The robbery occurred when a man wearing a helmet and black mask entered a pharmacy carrying a gun resembling a pistol.

The perpetrator held up the pharmacy cashier by asking for money. The victim also handed over the money.

"Because of fear, the victim then handed over the money from the sale", added AKP Ariawan.

The perpetrator immediately fled from the pharmacy. The victim reported this robbery to the Sukawati Police.

From the report, the police came to the scene. The police are gathering evidence and are now pursuing the perpetrator.

"The steps were taken, taking CCTV footage at the pharmacy, examining and recording witnesses' statements, and looking for CCTV footage", said AKP Ariawan.
